In our first 1:1 virtual session we will get to know each other, review your health and eating history, lifestyle and motivations. We will explore your goals in these areas and determine steps for you to take to meet them.

Follow up Sessions
In follow up sessions we will talk about overcoming challenges and celebrate successes. We will cover areas such as meal planning, nutrition needs, managing health conditions, inner wisdom, eating meditations and more. These sessions are fluid and will be based on your goals and readiness.
$45 - 30 minutes
